Yoga

The word Yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India where Yoga originated. We can think of the union occurring between the mind, body and spirit. 

Many people think that Yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, Yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Each Yoga pose has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement, or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose.


I offer group classes in Yoga and Pilates and Stretch and Relax every Friday morning held in Ramsgate. The classes times are as follows:


Pilates 9:30am-10:25am

Yoga:  10:30 am-11.25am

Stretch & Relax: 11:30-12:30pm


All group sessions are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced. 

The classes are £5.50 per class or 2 classes for £10. 

There is no need to book the classes, simply pay on the day.

In addition to this, I offer one-to-one classes for those seeking a more specific and detailed class to deepen their knowledge and advance their practice and improve their flexibility and core. These classes are priced at  £25 per person per hour.
