The word Yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India where Yoga originated. We can think of the union occurring between the mind, body and spirit. 

Many people think that Yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, Yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Each Yoga pose has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement, or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose.

I offer one to one Yoga classes at my home-based practice and offer Group classes in Yoga and Pilates every Friday morning which are held in Ramsgate.

Pilates 9:30am-10:25am

Yoga:  10:30 am-11.25am

All group sessions are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced. 

The classes are £5.50 per class or 2 classes for £10. 

There is no need to book the classes, simply pay on the day.

I also offer one-to-one classes for those that need more specific and detailed classes to help improve your flexibility, core and more at £25 per person per hour.
