Having been interested in Yoga for many years I decided to train as a Yoga Teacher.  Initially with The British Wheel Of Yoga I carried out my Foundation Course and then going on to the YTT course.

I am now offering 1-to-1 and group Yoga sessions in my home based treatment room or in the comfort of your own home. Group bookings (discount available, so why not book with a friend). I will supply all the mats and blocks to be used during your Yoga session.

Sessions can be for Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced.
